D.D.S., P.C. Dr. John Vickery graduated from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1987. he completed his three year residency in Periodontics in 1990. Dr. Vickery has been and continues to be an Assistant Clinical Professor for over 30 years at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. Over the years Dr. Vickery has published scientific articles and lectured extensively worldwide.
Tayli
Office manager With extensive experience in the dental field since 1997, Tayli has seamlessly transitioned from chair side assistant of over 10 years to the role of Office manager. Her proficiency in all dental procedures and deep understanding of patients’ insurance benefits make her an invaluable asset to our team. When not working, Tayli enjoys spending time with her two sons.
Dawn
Hygienist Dawn has been a vital part of Village Dental center for over 40 years, providing exceptional dental care to her patients. A graduate of Marquette University (1983), Dawn is a Registered Dental Hygienist in both Illinois and Wisconsin. She is dedicated to staying up to date with the latest techniques and technologies in dental hygiene., ensuring her patients receive the best possible care. Dawn is passionate about her work and takes a personal interest in each patient’s oral health providing individualized attention and care. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with family and friends, and takes great pleasure in watching her granddaughter grow.
Debbie
Assistant With a career spanning over three decades, Debbie brings a wealth of experience as a certified dental assistant to our Village Dental team, where she has been a dedicated member for over 20 years. Her knowledge and expertise in all dental procedures, gained through continuous learning and professional development, ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Debbie prioritizes patient comfort and pleasant experiences, making her a patient favorite. Outside of work, she enjoys watching The Cubs and The Blackhawks and spending quality time with friends and family.
Lynn
Assistant Lynn, a dental assistant with 18 years of experience, has found her time at Village Dental Center to be the most fulfilling. Her ability to work both chair side and at the front office makes her an indispensable part of our team. She’s a busy mom of 2 girl hockey players. Watching her girls over the last few years has made her fall in love with the sport so much so that she is currently learning to play herself. When she’s not working, she values family time, whether it’s a cozy movie night or an adventure at their cabin in Wisconsin, where they enjoy grilling, kayaking, hiking, four wheeling, shooting competitions, and a competitive game of Monopoly.
Suzanna
Hygienist With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Suzanna has established herself as a knowledgeable and compassionate professional. Her lengthy tenure alongside Dr. Kaplan has allowed her to develop a keen understanding of patient needs. After beginning her career as a dental assistant, Suzanna went on to pursue a degree in dental hygiene and healthcare management from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale Illinois. Her dedication to her patients is evident in the kind and gentle approach she takes to their care. Outside of work, Suzanna is an avid supporter of her son’s athletic endeavors and she volunteers for various local causes, including a food and clothing pantry and the LZMW high school hockey team.
